Give a Gift this Holiday Season

Giving Tuesday, November 27, is a global day of giving that kicks off the charitable season.

Today is a unique opportunity for each of you to further impact the future of hospice and palliative care by donating to the Academy.  AAHPM is committed to providing educational opportunities and advancing the field of hospice and palliative medicine by increasing awareness, advocacy, and workforce development.

Look for AAHPM’s Giving Tuesday social media posts to learn more about where your dollar goes. Additionally, Dr. Christian Sinclair will be tweeting during the day and with every retweet, he will donate $1 to AAHPM, up to $2,000! We thank him for his gift to help everyone’s donations go even further.

The American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine’s core purpose is to improve the care of patients with life-threatening or serious conditions through the advancement of hospice and palliative medicine.  As the population of the United States ages and more people are diagnosed with serious illnesses, the need for this care grows, as does the need for highly-trained professionals that can be leaders in the field of hospice and palliative medicine. With your gift, we aim to continue to provide opportunities for our members, as well as for the field.

Every gift regardless of size makes a difference to the ultimate goal of improving the care for patients and their families.  Please visit aahpm.org/donate for more information. We graciously thank you for your support.
