The Cambia Health Foundation is seeking applicants for its Sojourns Scholar Leadership Program, which is designed to cultivate and advance the next generation of palliative care leaders. Scholars receive funding to conduct an innovative clinical, policy, education, or systems change project in the field of palliative care.
