Remember AAHPM in 2020. Your gift will help support the Academy’s mission to advance hospice and palliative medicine through enhancing learning, cultivating knowledge and innovation, strengthening workforce, and advocating for public policy to achieve our vision. AAHPM has several resources to help you manage during the COVID-19 pandemic and boost your resilience and well-being. Share them with your colleagues.

AAHPM sent a letter to congressional leaders urging them to include the Palliative Care and Hospice Education and Training Act (PCHETA) in any year-end COVID-19 relief legislation. The Academy also sent a letter to MedPAC providing feedback on commissioners’ recent discussion of telehealth and Medicare policies that would apply after the expiration of the current public health emergency.
