Hospice and Palliative Medicine (HPM) Match Day was December 2 and, on that day, 348 of 409 positions were filled with 131 of 174 programs filling. HPM participates in the Medical Specialties Matching Program that includes internal medicine specialties, allergy and immunology, and geriatrics.
The AAHPM Executive Committee met this week and approved those applying for FAAHPM status, the Academy’s third quarter financial statements, and the FY2021 budget. They also received an update from staff on the 2021 Annual Assembly.
