Simply add #HPMboards20 when posting or replying to messages in the Open Forum to follow the discussion.

AAHPM joined NHPCO, coalition partners and other stakeholders to send letters to Administration officials and congressional leaders requesting support for advancing a CMMI demonstration model for delivery of community-based palliative care. AAHPM leaders have provided expertise to this ongoing effort, based on the Academy’s efforts to develop the PACSSI payment model proposal and subsequent engagement with the CMS Innovation Center.
