The Board of Directors approved changes to the AAHPM bylaws, which include:
- all members should have the right to vote
- only Physician and Emeritus members may hold an officer position
- the Nominating Committee will nominate, and the members will elect, 2 Affiliate members to newly created Director-at-Large positions with full voting rights; and the committee will increase in size from 5 to 6 members and will include 1 Affiliate member.
